Please read these conditions before using GPM UK. By using GPM UK you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.


We will complete works up to 250 + VAT. For works exceeding this figure we will telephone for approval prior to proceeding. Payment of invoice is upon receipt. Outstanding balances will be subject to a charge of 4% above Bank of England base rate plus an administration charge. Cancellation of an instruction to proceed received within less than 12 hours of the agreed commencement date may be subject to a charge. We will return to a property, should it be required, subject to notification within 24 hours of completion of the works.


When you use any GPM UK service or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, text or in-app push notices For contractual purposes, you agree that all sales invoices, agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.


We reserve the right to make changes to any GPM UK service, policies, terms and conditions including these Conditions of Use, and Service Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Use in force at the time that you use GPM UK


We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
