No we do not hold any client money

No but we can recommend trusted accredited agents in your area
Q Do you look after vacant properties ?
We can arrange works on your behalf pre and post tenancy .
Q Can I register to be one of your field operatives ?

Q Do you offer a refurbishment service ?
We can organise any level of work required - from installing 1 shelf to a complete renovation .
Q Can you collect my rent ?
We do not collect rent .
Q Can you arrange annual compliance checks without me remembering ?
Yes, compliance renewal and the necessary engineer will be automatically arranged .
Q Can you inspect my property while there is a tenancy in place?
Yes, we can arrange periodic tenancy inspections on your behalf .
Q As a tenant can I use your service if the property I'm renting is not registered with you ?
Yes, you can use our services and make payment direct to us .
