Cleaners, Gas & Electrical engineers, Locksmiths, Glaziers, Damp-proof specialists etc
Email your work instruction and we will arrange an appointment with the tenants / collect keys, schedule the necessary work and on completion confirm the occupier is happy with the result


Gas Safe, EICR and EPC certification

Titan, our inhouse system, will be updated with your tenanted properties
All compliance certificates automatically organised and completed (CP12, EICR, EPC etc)


Out of Hours Support - 120 + vat pcm

When your office is closed - including Festive periods & Bank Holidays
Your answerphone gives our number
Agency website lists GPMUK as your emergency out of hours support
Titan, our inhouse system, will be updated with your managed properties & service contracts
Tenant contacts us when they have an urgent issue
Triage the call: ascertain if emergency, can tenant be given advice to rectify the issue or does an engineer need to attend the next working day.

24/7 365 Maintenance Management - 200 + vat pcm

All managed property tenants given GPMUK contact information as 1st point of contact
Titan, our inhouse system, will be updated with your managed properties & service contracts
All compliance certificates automatically organised and completed (CP12, EICR, EPC)
Triage the tenant contact: ascertain if emergency, can tenant be given advice to rectify the issue or does an engineer need to attend
Advise agency of contact by tenant and issue reported
Arrange an appointment with the tenants / collect keys, schedule the necessary work up to   250 + vat and on completion confirm the occupier is happy with the result
